White Fisheries recently opened a new purpose built seafood factory in the centre of the Bellarine at Drysdale, a 15 minute drive from Geelong.
The facility caters for numerous wholesale customers and also for the discerning retail shopper. A gleaming fresh fish display greets the customer filled with freshly shucked oysters, prawns, marinara, crayfish,mussels and a vast array of fresh local fish from Port Phillip Bay just to name a few.
