We had some amazing feedback last month, regarding how easy it was to make our Three Ingredient Lazy Pancakes!

So this month, we are doing a recipe just as simple; get the kids involved with the mixing, and add your own extra touches with toppings!

You can use smooth or ‘real’ peanut butter too – we’re tempted to make both batches at once!

These are so easy, and so delicious – a goo-ey treat, match made in heaven with some cold fresh milk!

You will need:

* 1 Cup Peanut Butter

* 1 Cup White Sugar

* 1 Egg

* Optional Toppings such as sprinkles, fruit, nuts, chocolate

To Make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ‘Celsius, or 350 ‘Fahrenheit. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the peanut butter, sugar and egg in a bowl, and mix until smooth
  3. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes – do not overbake!

These cookies are best when still soft, and just turning brown on the bottom
