Come down to the Wellington Skate Park to enjoy an array of talent on skateboards, bikes and scooters, entertaining the crowds with gravity defying moves.
The skate park can be found on the corner of Ferguson Lane and Renshaw McGuir Way, just off the round-about.
The bowl was designed to emulate and improve upon the skating experience. Skaters in the bowl can move around the park without taking their feet off the board to push.
The curved walls of bowls allow skaters to ride around and across the bowl in addition to the back and forth skating you might see on a traditional half pipe.
