Join us this vintage at Shottesbrooke on our all inclusive wine tour where you will be taken into the very heart of the winemaker’s craft and have the opportunity to follow the journey from vineyard to bottle. All while being surrounded by the smells, scenes and excitement of vintage in the winery.
This tour gives guests insight into behind-the-scenes intricacies of how a wine is crafted by the winemaker – beginning in the vineyard, right through to the winery and into the bottle. Guests will enjoy hands-on sensory experiences, barrel and finished wine tastings, and amazing opportunities to view our working winery operations up close.
Our tour is followed by sparkling on arrival and an incredible three-course regional dining experience at The Currant Shed. The restaurants head chef, Wayne Leeson, has an overarching philosophy behind his service which is, “good food complements good service, and good service complements good food – everyone that we have the privilege of sharing our offering with is a VIP. and each dish is handcrafted with its own individual story.”
