Based in the historic village of Carcoar, Silver Compass Tours are curators of charming food and wine cultural travel experiences and specialise in hosted and packaged tour itineraries of the Central West region of New South Wales, Australia.
This includes the slow food, slow travel odyssey to the Orange wine region during harvest and vintage with a focus on organic and bio-dynamic food and wine experiences – the Provenance RoadTrip – as well as their Antica Australis day tours which include immersion in local Wiradjuri cultural heritage through visits to sacred sites and bush tucker tastings, plus a visit to the historic village of Carcoar (established 1839).
Their carefully curated local food and wine tours are created with the aim of providing their guests with exclusive behind-the-scenes access to immersive and bespoke experiences with their local vignerons, artisans and producers.
