Navua Reserve is a great place to enjoy a family picnic bring your own or take advantage of the barbecue facilities along with picnic tables, or just throw down a picnic blanket and enjoy. The area has child friendly bush walking, or why not take your canoe/kayak or even try your hand at fishing. Also Horses are allowed at this reserve and you can at times see them having a dip with their owners. Top place to cool off in Summer with all the family and the furkids
It is a good swimming spot for small children as the water is shallow and with an off leash dog park what a great family day outing. Don’t forget your camera for some bird watching and local wildlife. In the hotter months this is a very popular place to visit. The reserve has toilets for your convenience.
