The moderate use of French barriques provides a subtle oak throughout the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The estate also offers a seasonal menu which complements the wine produced from the vineyard.
Sophisticated vineyard wines of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Shiraz. Traditional and technical, the wines are matured for 12 to 14 months before being hand bottled by the highly regarded winemaker Michael Kyberd.
