Martin Street Coffee Roasters source unique, high quality, arabica beans from Brazil, Colombia and Thailand.
The roasting set-up at uses 20 percent less energy and produces 90 percent less smoke than traditional gas fired methods. Beans never burn or touch hot surfaces and remain visible throughout the process. The air used is pure, drawn from the Wombat State Forest.
The cafe is open weekdays, offering an extensive range of beverages and all-day menu. A cosy yet stylish space, respectful of its past, with an urban vibe.
