Located in Hay Valley in the Adelaide Hills LOT. 100 has been put together by a collaborative effort of The Hills Cider Company, Ashton Valley Fresh, Mismatch Brewing Co, Adelaide Hills Distillery & VNTLPR. Together we’re covering the best of South Australian food and craft beverages.
The LOT. 100 kitchen is headed by Adelaide icons Tom Bubner (Pizza e Mozzarella Bar, Chicken and Pig) and Shannon Fleming (ex-Orana Restaurant). The chefs will embrace a paddock to plate ethos, helping the team to share the stories of South Australian farming and agriculture through locally sourced ingredients.
Whether enjoying a rustic Italian inspired meal from the wood fire oven or enjoying a picnic amongst the grounds, guests will be encouraged to slow down and embrace the change of pace at the LOT. 100 home.
