A great atmosphere: we all remember the delightful Poh from MasterChef. More recently you’ve no doubt caught one of her shows: Poh’s Kitchen, Poh & Co. Well, she’s handcrafted a gorgeous cafe in the heart of the city, inside the Central Market. Poh’s ‘Jamface’ cafe features a stunning wall mural painted by Poh and the interior was built by her partner Johno.
Poh’s food philosophy is very much a made-from-scratch one with virtually everything made in-house. There’s gourmet jams, pasta sauce and more for sale as well as an extensive breakfast and lunch menu. Pop by on Friday night to book a place at Poh’s exclusive ‘Crunch Club’ dinners served at the Jamface cafe starting around 630pm. Jamface Cafe is located in the Adelaide Central Markets, 44-60 Gouger Street, Adelaide City. When entering the markets on foot from the Gouger street side you will need to walk all the way to the other end of the markets, a pleasant three minute stroll.
