Situated in the Grampians region, Great Western Granary prioritises local and organic ingredients to produce terroir influenced innovative sourdough and pasta products with superior flavour which capture the essence of the Grampians region and pay homage to the farmers from whom the raw ingredients are sourced.

Great Western Granary aims to give visitors to the region a “Taste of the Grampians” by showcasing products where influential ingredients are grown right here in the region and incorporated into their slow fermented sourdough and pasta products.
