Drum Drum Blueberry Farm

Attractions

Drum Drum Farm grows and sells fresh picked blueberries and homemade blueberry products directly from the farm during January and into February. They are not open at other times.

Drum Drum Farm has been producing blueberries on the Mornington Peninsula for over 25 years and takes its name from Drum Drum Alloc Creek (named by the indigenous aboriginal Bunerong people) that flows through it.

The farm is certified Demeter Biodynamic, meaning owner Jill Sanders carefully looks after the health of the soil using only compost and other natural products. Drum Drum blueberries use no harmful chemicals on or around the bushes to ensure that the fruit produced is as healthy and delicious as possible.

Drum Drum blueberries have a beautiful flavour that has to be tasted to be believed. They also produce blueberry ice-cream. The scenic walk to the packing shed takes you through the native Australian garden – the perfect spot to enjoy a homemade blueberry icecream.

The 2020-21 Blueberry season is looking very promising, and they are hoping to open just prior to Christmas. It all depends on the weather so keep an eye on their Facebook page.

Please note this farm is not pick-your-own.
