The Bond Store menu includes quality, local produce lovingly prepared with a number of dishes cooked on the custom-made parrilla charcoal grill. You can choose to share a selection of plates – tapas style, or if you wish, you can indulge in it all by yourself.
The towering, stainless-steel tanks of the microbrewery provide a stunning visual backdrop to the brewery bar and restaurant on the ground level, while the 500L copper
still, named Ginger, is the centrepiece of the gin bar, downstairs in the cellar distillery.
Twelve taps in the brewery bar provide ample choice of beers, including Bond Store brews with guest taps featuring local South Australian craft beers.
