This cheese shop opened in July 2014 selling cheese made on the premises from the cows milked on the farm.
Bassine Specialty Cheeses has since developed into a ‘cheese cafe’ open seven days a week, selling a large variety of cheese styles and flavours made on the farm, also Devonshire tea, cheesecakes, gourmet toasties and milkshakes and coffee made with their own milk.
Enjoy free cheese tastings and browse the shop which is loaded with local gourmet products and produce. The team also produce and distribute their own farm milk and cream under the Bass River Dairies label. Available at the Farm and through local supermarkets and general stores around Phillip Island and along the Bass Coast.
