Barham Avocados is a family run avocado orchard, their fruit is pesticide free and is grown with love.
Barham Avocados grow four varieties of yummy avocados at Horseshoe Bend. All are pesticide-free, and picked and packed by hand. Because they pick and send them within 48 hours, Barham Avocados’ customers receive the best-tasting, freshest produce that ripens evenly and slowly. And, by golly, you can taste the difference.
Avocado season starts in June or July when you can say Hola! to the Mexican varieties. The Bacon – smooth-skinned, pea-green and nutty-flavoured – is the first cab off the rank, followed by the slender-necked Fuerte in July or August.
