Located on a scenic acreage property on the main road as you enter Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills, owners Trudy, Steve and Matt invite all gin lovers to their Distillery and Tasting Bar. Enjoy the picturesque setting while, relaxing and sipping one of our handcrafted signature gins made in our Australian crafted still and perhaps a cocktail and food platter!
Take the botanical walk to our handmade cedar entry doors that welcome you to the Tasting Bar that oozes character, with polished concrete floors, a nine metre long reclaimed brick wall, window with a view of our distillery room and our large timber deck overlooking the Adelaide hills. Share a platter and enjoy a G&T on the deck while you watch the cows laze around in the sun or pull up a chair at the bar and let our passionate bartenders take you through our range of gins.
