Lazy Pancakes – Just Three Ingredients!

 

Here’s the ultimate breakfast recipe! The Lazy Pancakes.

 

It’s so easy, you’ll kick yourself for not trying it sooner!

 

 


 

You will need:

* 1 Cup Flour

* 2 Eggs

* 1 Cup Milk

* 1/4 tsp Salt

* (Optional) Dressings like maple syrup, butter, jam, fruit, chocolate

 

 


 

To Make:

  1. Combine the flour, eggs, milk and salt in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Whisk it until it’s smooth and there are no lumps.
  2. Pour the batter into small rounds onto a hot, lightly greased skillet and flip after about 20 to 30 seconds. Let cook for an additional 15 to 20 seconds.
  3. Serve hot with your favorite dressings on top. Enjoy!
